Ghost of Tsushima is a third-person open-world action-stealth video game developed by Sucker Punch Productions exclusively for the PlayStation 4. It takes place in 1274 on the island of Tsushima in Japan. The player controls the hero, Jin Sakai, as he fights back against a Mongol invasion. It was released on July 17, 2020. 

The game follows Ellie, who seeks retribution for a murder, and Abby, a soldier who becomes caught up in a militia-religious cult battle five years after The Last of Us (2013).

In 1918, Doctor Jonathan Reid returns to London as a vampire. He accidentally murders his sister Mary, who was seeking for his corpse, in his bloodlust. Reid hides from vampire hunters in an abandoned home and hears his maker's voice, a vampire trait. He tracks blood to a tavern after realizing London is full with dead. The bartender directs Reid to suspect William Bishop. Bishop is slain by vampire Lady Ashbury after feeding on Sean Hampton. Doctor Edgar Swansea saves Hampton and employs Reid to perform medicine at Pembroke Hospital.

In 2016, the Ultranationalists capture power of Russia and construct a monument of Imran Zakhaev in Red Square. Vladimir Makarov, one of Zakhaev's former lieutenants, conducts a five-year campaign of horrific terrorism against Europe. U.S. Army Ranger PFC Joseph Allen trains local troops in Afghanistan until Lieutenant General Shepherd recruits one of the Rangers for a secret mission. After the training, Allen and the 75th Ranger Regiment help local OpFor troops take a city. General Shepherd recruits Allen into "Task Force 141," a multi-national counter-terrorist organization. Cpt. 'Soap' MacTavish and Sgt. Gary 'Roach' Sanderson, two other 141 members, penetrate a Russian airfield in the Tian Shan mountains to steal an ACS module from a fallen satellite. Soap instructs Roach to detonate explosives to cover their escape, but he is caught while getting the ACS. Both soldiers escape with the module despite hostile pursuit.
